The trial operation is to check the performance of the machine and the standard installation of spare parts before the crushing hammer is put into use. Proper debugging is also to further detect the quality of the hammer and reduce the failure of the hammer as much as possible. Usually, we should carry out the full extension and contraction test run for 3-5 strokes before working. The purpose of this is to exhaust the air in the system and preheat each system, so as to effectively avoid the existence of air or water in the system, causing gas explosion in the cylinder block, which will damage the seal and cause internal leakage of the oil cylinder.
After the test machine is completed, each part is reinforced again.
Check the condition of each hardware. After ensuring that it is clean, check the screws and wiring. If the screws are loose, they should be reinforced in time according to the installation instructions and technical indicators. It is recommended to keep the running time for no-load test run for more than 2 hours. During this period, the bearing temperature should be checked, and the temperature rise should not exceed 30 degrees. Check whether all fasteners are firm and loose, and whether the transmission parts run smoothly. Ensure that all high-speed rotating parts are free from scratch, chipping, grinding and abnormal noise.
